Strawberry Scotch Cocktail

- 1.25 oz./38ml whisky, scotch, blended
- 2Strawberries

Instructions
Muddle the strawberries and thyme springs in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, Scotch, Lemon Juice, and Vanilla Simple Syrup. Shake, then strain into a Collins glass and top with Soda Water. Garnish with a strawberry & thyme sprig
