The following is a list of the living authors of Newbery Medal and Newbery honor books, alphabetically by the author’s last name (this list is current as of April 2021). We’ve linked to his or her website or blog, as available, in case you’re like us and are always ready to pounce on any Newbery author unfortunate enough to wander into your general vicinity, to demand autographs and whatnot. Websites make it far easier to predict when this might happen, which is convenient in order to be well-prepared (i.e. clutching the appropriate books). If we’ve interviewed them, we’ll also post a link to the episode.
