Curried Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher.
- Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with chives.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Salty Dog Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka or gin
- 3 oz Grapefruit juice
- 4 tsp Coarse sea salt
- Garnish: Grapefruit slice, salt rim
Steps
- Rim a highball glass with salt.
- Shake the vodka (or gin) and grapefruit juice, pour over ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
